Sandra and Adrian's Multiply Site

HomeWelcome to Sandra and Adrian's home page!Mar 29, 2005
It seems a long time now since we arrived back to New Zealand. Things have changed. And some things haven't. Renewing family relations in Auckland has had its ups and downs, with a less than conventional approach to modern living conflicting with the values of an earlier generation. Times are (a) changing, the climate is changing and so is our place in the Global Society. More to come later.

So the site - yeah.... mostly has photos of travelling around Europe and some photos of last year when we have managed to get out of the urban jungle to find a place to play.

As you can guess, sooner or later, there'll be loads more waffle from Adrian, and pretty pictures from Sandra (so, what was ever new?). Have a look, have a laugh, there'll be content as it comes. Comments, gossip, news and bundles of joy are all welcome. Talk soon. Adrian and Sandra.

Enjoy,

Hey Adrian and Sandra,

I have your site in my bookmarks bar and check it ever so often, but not much seems to happen. I would be quite interested to see some photos or something of the trips you are making in NZ. I know that photos of your own country are often considered not so interesting (I find photos of NL often quite boring) but being on the other side of the world I see that quite differently :) So if you can...that would be great!

Koen

PS. Oh and yes, check out www.koenvandemerwe.com and then 'Personal' for photos from our holiday to Norway and I'll make sure I'll post some photos of Israel on the site as I am there now on a business trip. Facebook is also a good source...

Hi Mia!
Sorry for such a late reply.... Don't check this site that much at the moment. We've been busy doing work on the boat recently - she's out of the water for the next month or so to repaint, tidy up etc before the summer. Adrian is about to go down to Dunedin to do a trip to Doubtful Sound and see clients etc for work. When he gets back up here we will definitely have to organise a time for dinner. Will be in touch end of next week to organise a time. Till then, take care
Sandra

I see that the MoT have just recommended extending the road user charges system as a means of creating a 'fairer' system for covering the costs of roading. So I looked on the Green Party web site to see what your party says about how... more
